In Gilbert, Arizona, the Seville Golf and Country Club, designed by Gary Panks and established in 2002, is stepping into the spotlight as the host venue for the inaugural Ford Championship on March 28-31 2024, 22 years after its inception.
Seville measures 6,615 yards with a par of 72 for this week’s tournament.
The tournament boasts a field of 144 golfers, including all five victors of LPGA tournaments in 2024 and nine of the top 10 players in the Rolex Rankings, such as Nelly Korda, Lilia Vu, and Celine Boutier, who hold the top three positions.
Over the past three decades, the LPGA has graced six different golf courses in the Phoenix area. Arizona has been a frequent destination for LPGA events, with over 70 tournaments held in the state since 1950.
