Rattler Summer Camp is designed to help kids in grades 1-8 have fun during the summer while making new friends, learning new sports, and getting fit and staying active in the cool A/C!
Rattler Summer Camp is held from June 6-July 28 and has four 2-week sessions. Campers can choose morning or afternoon only for $90 per two weeks or full day (8am-4pm) for $180 per two weeks.
Rattler Summer Camp is Co-Ed and takes place at Desert Ridge Junior High School at 10211 E Madero Ave in Mesa.
Sports include basketball, voleyball, badminton, archery, lacrosse, floor hockey, pillow polo, frisbee games, and more.
Fitness focuses include form running, agility training, speed drills, circuit training, strength training, flexibility stretches, and cardio.
Other activities include video games and movies.
All three camp directors are certified PE teachers at DRJHS, are CPR and First Aid Certified, and have a combined 55 years’ worth of teaching and coaching experience.
