The final large parcel of land along the US-60 in East Mesa has sold for $12.7 million.
The 70 acre parcel on the northwest corner of Signal Butte and US-60 extends to the new Grande Vita community to the west and includes the land between the homes and Sprouts north of Hampton to Southern.
The property was sold to Bela Flor, a home builder who has built properties in Arizona including The Villages at Mesa Grande, located on Guadalupe and Skyline. Bela Flor specializes in lower-priced single family homes and condos with luxury touches.
