Construction will break ground on Element at Eastmark for a 135 single-family detached neighborhood. Opening and sales is planned to start this summer.
Spacious two-story homes designed in Mediterranean and Contemporary Farmhouses with an area ranging from 1,559 to 1,965 sq. ft. will be built in Element. It will consist of up to 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2 garages will be the ideal style of the homes.
