Augusta Ranch Elementary student Kincade Phelps was named one of 7 Champions and will represent Gilbert Public Schools at the Regional Bee on Friday, February 22 at Williams Field High School.
33 students participated district-wide from Elementary and Junior High Schools. Sifarth Rahaman, a 4th grader from Harris Elementary, was named Grand Champion.
The winning word was “beleagured.”
