Desert Ridge High School’s Jaguar Football Team had a great 9-1 season, and is now headed into the postseason with a game on Friday, November 8 at home versus Desert Mountain, but the game isn’t the only thing the student body is supporting that night.

The Desert Ridge High School Student Council is collecting canned food items for St. Mary’s Food Bank.  St. Mary’s Food Bank, the “world’s first food bank,” is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization that collects and distributes food to hungry Arizonans.

The High School is located at 10045 E Madero Ave in Mesa, just south of Crismon and Baseline. The game starts at 7pm, but the gates open at 6pm.
